Cancellation Policy
For your convenience and ours, our cancellation policy is very simple and straight forward.

Cancel with 90 days or more – 90% refund
Cancel within 15 – 89 days – 50% refund
Cancel within 14 days – No Refund
Cancellation within 14 days or less prior to the flight and the deposit is completely non-refundable. If you are not fairly certain you will be able to attend your flight, Great Alaskan Air Tours strongly recommends purchasing trip insurance.

A 100% refund will be issued to customers whose flights are cancelled due to weather or on Great Alaskan Air’s behalf.
